You should receive eGift Cards in a separate email from the email address

noreply@giftround.co.uk. If the eGift Card can't be found right away, it might be hiding in a junk folder.


If you would like the email resent or redirected to an alternative email, let us know at support@giftround.co.uk and we'll sort that out for you.


To help as quickly as possible, be sure to tell us the name of the GiftRound and the organiser's name.
