Redeeming a FlexCard is as easy as organising a group collection at GiftRound.

Simply click the blue 'Redeem now' button in the email sent when the FlexCard was ordered.

Or if someone share a PDF of the voucher:

1. Scan QR code  

2. Confirm how you’d like to spend the money. You can mix and match between available retailers in your chosen amounts as desire.

3. Use your redeemed e-gift card(s) with the chosen retailer(s) and enjoy! 

Once you’ve swapped your FlexCard for a retailer e-gift card, that’s it, it’s set. No swapsies, no refunds. So have a proper look, choose something that’ll make you smile and enjoy every moment of it.  ?

GiftRound FlexCards are valid for one year from the date of purchase from GiftRound which is shown in the email sent when the FlexCard is ordered, on the organiser's collection page and on the FlexCard swap page. 

When the recipient swaps the GiftRound FlexCard for the retailer of their choice, this will extend the expiration date for a period that varies for each retailer.  Once swapped, the recipient should check the terms and conditions for their chosen retailer.
