I can't find my GiftRound collection when I log into my account!

First, check that you are logging in with the correct email; if you're unsure, let us know the name of the collection, and we can point you in the right direction!


We have a couple of automatic time limits that apply to collections to keep our service running as quickly as possible. If your collection has exceeded them, please don't panic; we are happy to restore collections to ensure the money can be used for the recipient.


Our terms and conditions outline that once a GiftRound has ended, the organiser has 12 months in which to spend the collection money. 


After 12 months, GiftRound collections shall be removed from the organiser's dashboard, but contact us at Support@GiftRound.co.uk and we can restore old collections for you
