How does the recipient get the collection?

At the end of a collection, contributions stop and you, as the organiser, will spend the collection on a FlexCard 

As an collection organiser, you can buy FlexCard at any point. You can either have these sent to yourself, perfect for printing out for those presentation moments. Or have them sent directly to the recipient. You can even schedule when they get it. How neat!

As an organiser, all your purchased FlexCards are available from the 'Spend and send' area of your collection, from here you can download or re-send them to any email anytime.  Just make sure you are logged in, scroll below the collection comments to find Purchases, then click download or email.
